Refund Policy

At 25chrysomallus, every press-on nail set is handmade and carefully crafted to order. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All orders are considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect nail size selected by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Slight handmade variations in design, texture, charm placement, or finish

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • An unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for review.

Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Remake the affected product

  • Replace the incorrect or damaged item

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a partial or full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

While we are happy to assist with carrier investigations, 25chrysomallus is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped once additional shipping fees have been paid.

Refunds will not be issued for orders affected by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
