By placing an order with 25Chrysomallus, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All products are handmade and may feature slight variations in color, artwork, charm placement, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering. Incorrect sizing provided by the customer is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Most products are made-to-order. Production will begin only after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

• Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, material availability, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

• Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their destination country.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are happy to assist with investigations, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unedited unboxing video.

• 25Chrysomallus reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
